Email addresses can be verified without any difficulties, but when you have a mailing list with hundreds or even thousands of email addresses, it will be impossible to verify all of them. This is where High Speed Verifier will demonstrate its speed and power. It will check email addresses from syntactic correctness and it will query the DNS for mail exchanger existence. It sounds a bit complicated, but all you need to know is how to click a few buttons. The application can verify countless addresses without taking too long.

After downloading the 3.4 Mb setup file, you will have to run it, accept the terms, set a destination path and start the installation process. High Speed Verifier will work fine on any Windows platform, without using too many resources.

The application will guide you through a number of steps, like a wizard and all you have to do is follow its instructions. First, you will have to compile a list of DNS servers and test them. The program will notify you that at least 5 servers are needed, or one for each 10 threads if thread count is too high. You can add servers manually, by typing their addresses in the list or you can download a list with 100 DNS servers by clicking a button on the interface. The addresses of the servers will be added to the list instantly and you can begin the test by clicking the Start button.

High Speed Verifier will test multiple servers at the same time and the process will take very little time to finish. After a server is tested, you will see its response time, next to its entry in the list, as well as a comment, like "OK", "Return corrupted replies", "No robust servers" and so on. Corrupted, slow or unchecked DNS servers can be removed from the list with a single click, after which you may proceed to the next step and check your email address.

Your mailing list can be a file in CSV or LST format or just plain text. After targeting your file and setting an output path, High Speed Verifier will start checking your email address. This is where you will notice the application's full potential. It is capable of verifying thousands of email addresses per second. According to the developer, High Speed Verifier will detect about 20 to 30% of invalid addresses in a mailing list that contains tens of millions of entries.
